By introducing two new pipe diameters, Jacob Pipework Systems, Porta Westfalica, Germany, has significantly increased the diversity of its modular pipework system for bulk goods handling, dust extraction and exhaust air.  Introducing these two new nominal diameters of 280 and 315mm in fact adds an extra 250 products to the company’s catalogue inventory, which starts at just 60mm. The product range includes pipes, segments, bends, branches, spouts, inspection pipes, shut-off valves, weather hoods and blow-off pipes as well as connecting components and related accessories. Jacob’s quick-assembly lightweight system is available in powder-coated steel, stainless steel and chrome-nickel steel in wall thicknesses of up to 2mm.
