The new SRC 10.000 for the production of highly viscous emulsions has been developed by Ekato Systems, Schopfheim, Germany, for precisely this type of challenge. The well-proven combination of the PARAVISC agitator with the S-JET/V homogenizer and a reliable scale-up make a significant increase in productivity possible. Higher product outputs, maximum flexibility with respect to product changeovers and a reproducible high product quality with 12t batches have resulted in completely new standards, for example, in the production of toothpaste.
