BEHN+BATES, Münster, Germany – part of the Haver & Boecker Group – has introduced the Roto-Packer Adams CARE-LINE form-fill-seal machine for filling powders into 10-25kg PE film bags – and especially into double-layer PE film bags for optimum product protection. This new machine makes it possible – for the first time – to seal PE film bags up to the outer edge.

 

Proven machine components have been combined in an absolutely new way in order to minimise dust deposit areas. All parts are encased and there are virtually no items such as screws, nuts, etc. that could accidentally fall into the product during filling. Machine edges are inclined and corners are rounded. There are no points where dust can build up. A majority of components have been certified by EHEDG. Since the end of the 1990s the company, which has an international sales network in more than 80 countries, has specialised in design and manufacture of packing machines for foodstuffs, animal feed and pet food.
