27.02.2017 Towards cleaner and more efficient packaging capabilities

Haver & Boecker, Oelde, Germany, will also be unveiling new developments at interpack (see above), on Stand D08, Hall 12, together with its daughter companies Feige Filling, Behn+Bates and Newtec Bag Palletizing when it presents its new generation of filling, packing and palletising systems. For these machines, HAVER Service will be introducing the new ‘Quattro System Monitoring’, which can also be retrofitted to existing equipment. It allows machines to be operated more profitably and processes to be implemented and planned more intelligently.

By using Quattro System Monitoring, up-front care protects companies against lengthy downtimes. Real-time production and maintenance information can be called up at a PC, tablet or mobile device. Users have worldwide access to graphic data via an encrypted connection. This allows the causes of possible performance reductions to be detected at an early stage and timely maintenance to be planned. Also on show will be newly developed systems of the ROTO-PACKER®, INTEGRA® and ELEMENTRA® lines, which offer advanced clean filling features, combined with reliable performance and intuitive user operation with the new ROTO-LOCK dosing unit. During interpack the company will be providing live demonstrations of many of these innovations – including those of its daughter companies – at its nearby Oelde factory, with transport being provided from the exhibition at noon on 8th and 10th May. www.haverboecker.com
