Bag closing systems employs PP over tape
STATEC BINDER, Gleisdorf, Austria, has launched the SBSM-OS bag closer for prefabricated open-mouth bags. It offers a capacity of up to1500 bags/hour. The newly developed and patented system seals woven PP (polypropylene) bags hermetically. For this, a woven PP tape is used to ensure a reliable and secure bag closure. If required, bags can also be additionally stitched. The bag closing machine is available with sewing heads made from a choice of manufacturers. It is designed for sewing, cutting and sealing of laminated woven PP bags. It will be shown on Stand A14 in Hall 13 at interpack.
Also exhibited by STATEC BINDER will be the System-T automatic FFS packaging machine which combines high quality of packaging into tubular PE bags with a high production capacity. A choice of different System-T specifications suits high/medium/low output requirements. Each version is available in four different material specifications, depending on the “aggressiveness” of the product to be packed.
