REMBE GmbH Safety + Control, Brilon, Germany, points out that recent explosion-related accidents have increasingly involved spray dryers. Accordingly the company has decided to launch a series of ‘REMBE Safety Days’ starting on this specific subject in order to offer an international forum for exchange of ideas. Specialists from various countries and industries have been invited as speakers. These include, among others: Gerrit Fikse from Nestlé, Dr Albert Colomer from AkzoNobel Polymer Chemistry, Dipl.-Ing. Richard Siwek from FireEx Consultant GmbH, René Waalewijn from Danone Nutricia, and Stefan Grund from BG-N / FSA.

 

Owing to its anticipated international audience, the event will be held in English.
