Premier Tech Chronos, Eersel, the Netherlands, will be featuring its latest hygienic open-mouth bagging system at POWTECH (Stand 1-223), 26-28 September, in Nuremberg. The OML-H1 1040BF employs bottom-up filling technology for dust-controlled filling of powdery products at rates up to 400 bags per hour on a single spout. Designed according to EHEDG hygienic guidelines, the new bagging machine meets Premier Tech Chronos’ highest innovation standards. Suitable for use with products such as milk powder, baby food and various fine chemicals, it can accommodate polywoven, paper and polyethylene bags. After bag placement, the filling spout moves down inside the bag during the charging cycle. A minimum distance is maintained between the loading point of the vertical filling screw and the product in the bag in order to minimise dust emission and reduce aeration of the powder.  Visitors to the stand will be invited to view innovative aspects of this new machine in Virtual Reality. www.ptchronos.com
