Rotex pledges same day worldwide despatch of in-stock parts
Rotex, Cincinnati, OH, has launched an express parts service, intended to ensure that all in-stock replacement parts orders received by 1:30pm ET, from Monday to Friday, will receive same-day shipping from distribution centres located worldwide. Parts included in this service range from mesh cleaning balls and connector sleeves to screen tension clips.
All such components, including screens and fabricated items (such as top covers and screen frames), are specifically engineered for Rotex screeners, thereby helping to prolong equipment life and operating efficiency.
