Rotolok, Tiverton, UK, has been named International Company of the Year for 2014 at Insider Media’s South West International Trade Awards ceremony which took place on 22nd May. Accepting the award, group finance director Sean Swales paid a heartfelt tribute to the company’s founder Dan McCauley (78): "Dan has built up a great business empire, he’s a serial entrepreneur like no other and I am proud to have been alongside him on this journey the last 18 years," he said. 

Specialising initially in the manufacture of powder handling valves, Rotolok started trading 41 years ago with a £2000 bank overdraft. It currently turns over more than £20 million.
