Following further recent development of its high-performance net weigher, Haver & Boecker is now able to incorporate the device into a frame with a telescoping loader, allowing free-flowing loose products to be filled into road powder tankers with consistent accuracy and at a speed of 90t/h. Its rugged and low-maintenance construction ensures long operation times.

High weighing accuracy has beenachieved thanks to further development of the HAVER MEC® III weighing electronics. Operation and display of all functions take place via a terminal with a graphic display. The simple and well-structured operating sequences are menu-guided or take place using function keys with pictogram fields. The plain text information is given in a wide choice of languages. It is also possible to hook up the HAVERDPS
system for recording, evaluating and reporting process data.

The telescopic loader is available in a choice of stationary or mobile versions. The mobile system is especially suitable for silo batteries. The automatic docking unit limits downtime during silo changeovers. It is additionally possible to fill FIBCs and octabins. Optional extras include electric lifting and lowering of the telescopic loader, automatic removal of the bottom cover in the filling position, pneumatic docking unit for connecting to customer silos and exact positioning using laser technology.
