Premier Tech Chronos, Eersel, the Netherlands, has introduced the STRETCH-ALL automatic stretch hooding system which it categorises as being the ultimate load securing machine available on the market. Designed to ensure safe and stable palletised stacks of bagged materials as well as other unitised loads such as boxes, bottles, cans and trays, the system guarantees optimum product protection against humidity, UV and other weather conditions as well as against the danger of cargo shift during transport. The STRETCH-ALL has been designed to require little maintenance and to be easy to operate. All functions are either motorised or pneumatically driven, a factor which helps ensure constant packaging costs per pallet of finished product. It can achieve outputs up to 100 pallets per hour and above.
