Environnement SA, Poissy, France, a leading global supplier of environmental monitoring equipment, in July acquired PCME Ltd, St Ives, Cambridgeshire, UK, a specialist international supplier of continuous particulate monitors for industrial processes. The merger will allow the enlarged group to offer highly advanced and wide-ranging solutions worldwide to match present and future challenges in respect of process or regulatory environmental monitoring requirements for industrial processes.

 

Each entity will keep its own autonomy, retaining the current management team and employees.  The two companies are now concentrating their efforts to the anticipated strong growth of their activities provided through synergies. Their respective customers, partners and employees are expected to benefit from the merger in terms of expertise, quality and services.
