Aumund India has won a five-million-euro contract to supply all machines needed for the construction of a second production line at Wonder Cement’s plant at Nimbahera, District Chittorgarh within the Indian state of Rajasthan. This second line will increase the plant’s capacity from 3.25 to 7 million tons/year. Scope of supply includes six chain bucket elevators, six belt bucket elevators, seven deep pan conveyors and 13 silo discharge gates. The chain bucket elevators include four of double bucket design, two of which will each have a capacity of 1775t/h. The preheater feed belt bucket elevators have a centre-to-centre distance of 150m and a handling a capacity of 800t/h. One of the new reversible deep pan conveyors has a length of 162.3m. Apart from the delivery and installation of the machines, the contract includes provision of future supply and maintenance services. Wonder Cement is part of the RK Marble Group.
