Sweco Europe, Nivelles, Belgium, has recently introduced the SaniSep™ Plus Separator, its latest innovation in hygienic separation for wet or dry processing. From checking incoming raw materials to safety screening in final packaging, the unit has been specifically engineered for use in pharmaceutical, food, dairy and similar applications where avoidance of cross-contamination is a vital requirement. With a crevice-free interior and streamlined exterior, the unit is designed and manufactured to CGMP standards and meets the requirements of 3A, USDA, ASTM and FDA applications. Its high-tolerance design prevents product from becoming trapped between the frame and the edge of the screen.
 

Constructed of polished stainless steel, the SaniSep Plus’s vortex frame ensures minimal product build-up with flush connections, radius corner spouts, and continuous seam welds while enabling virtually complete product discharge. These machines can be customised with a variety of materials and surface finishes, in-place cleaning capability, screen cleaning/deblinding devices and portable or stationary stands.
