New MD at Aumund
With effect from beginning of November 2014, Robert Gruss (49) has been the new managing director at Aumund Fördertechnik GmbH, Rheinberg, Germany. He joined the company from SMS Siemag AG and assumes responsibility for sales, service, technology as well as for research and development. Together with Dr Volker Brandenburg (responsible for finance, controlling, general administration, purchasing and production) he forms Aumund’s management board. Gradually Gruss will take over additional responsibilities from the managing partner Franz-W Aumund.
During the course of this year, president Franz-W Aumund will gradually retire from operational business. He will continue as managing director of Aumund Holding BV and as member of the advisory boards of the product and daughter companies. Primarily he will dedicate himself to steering and controlling of the Aumund Group. www.aumund.com
