11.06.2012 Focus on greater energy-efficiency in dust filtration

Intensiv-Filter, Velbert, Germany, will be presenting solutions for enhanced energy-efficient dust filtering technology at Achema (Hall 6.0, Stand E1). Under the slogan "Energy-efficient filtering installations" the company will feature proven applications of dust separating plants as well as examples of optimisation of energy costs for industrial filter plants.

A key component of the pioneering and energy-saving dust filtering solutions of Intensiv-Filter is its "Three E" technology (enhanced energy efficiency), providing energy savings up to 40%. Innovative filter media also play their part in more energy-efficient filtering installations. The "ProExpertise" advanced system identifies the optimum operating point concerning electric energy by determining and comparing the operating parameters of existing and new filter plants. The company can supply integrated filtering installations on a turnkey basis. A wide range of bag filters and complete systems up to 2.5 million m³/h a.c. are within the company’s sphere of competence as well as standard filters, circular filters, CIP-Filters, cyclones, cooling systems and fans. The company has around 400 employees worldwide and has been at the forefront of dust removal technology for the past 90 years.
