Haver Niagara, Muenster, Germany – the Haver Group divisional company specialising in design and manufacture of screening, washing and pelletising systems notably for mining, chemicals, industrial minerals, building materials and recycling industries – has launched a new generation of its FINE-LINE screening machines. Innovations have been introduced aimed at achieving lower operating costs and improved handling.

The new FINE-LINE series can be used for processing fine, dry materials, from a cut point of 4.0mm to 0.1mm, including those which are difficult to screen. Users are offered the opportunity to upgrade their waste material to a saleable product. Improvements have been made in the speed and ease of screen cloth changing, which can now be achieved in less than five minutes without need for tools (see video at finescreening.com). An enhanced and more compact vibrating feeder delivers uniform material feeding across the complete width of the screen at reduced power consumption of just below 0.5kW/t.
