New CFO at Schenck Process.
Schenck Process, Darmstadt, Germany, reports that with effect from beginning of August Dr Othmar Belker has become chief financial officer and a member of the management board of the Schenck Process Group. In this capacity he will head the company’s global finance organisation and, together with president and CEO Andreas Evertz, will be at the helm of the group. A doctor of economics, Belker was previously CFO of the NORMA Group for more than eight years, where he established its international finance department. He replaces Wolfgang Kleinschmidt who at the end of July left the company at his own request in order to tackle new challenges.
