Rota Val, Chippenham, UK, has introduced the HR rotary valve which has been designed for easy manual handling and is available with a wide choice of specification options. It features sturdy linear rail configuration and tapered rotor geometry. The company, part of the Switzerland-based Gericke Group, has been manufacturing rotary and diverter valves for over 40 years.

The valve incorporates a patented adjustment arrangement. The rotor shaft has been tailored to suit purpose-made seals, and was designed to ensure reliable extraction and insertion. Just one spanner is required for simple rotor removal. A variety of options are available which include:
