K-Tron, Niederlenz, Switzerland, is collaborating with five other leading European manufacturers of processing equipment for the pharmaceutical industry to present two technical seminars next month in India on the subject of “Advances in pharmaceutical processing.”

Attendance is free and subjects covered will include feeding and dispensing, extrusion, chill rolling, screening, sifting, milling, pneumatic conveying and nano-micronisation. K-Tron is a leading producer of gravimetric feeders as well as being a single-source supplier for feeding, pneumatic conveying and systems engineering solutions

The five other participating manufacturers are: Leistritz, Germany (extrusion and pumping technology); BBA Innova, Switzerland (cooling and thermal processing control); J Engelsmann, Germany (screening, dosing and handling); Frewitt, Switzerland (pharmaceutical milling and dosing); and Netzsch, Germany (fine grinding).
