11.01.2016 Kersting now part of the REMBE brand

REMBE, Brilon, Germany, a global player in the areas of explosion safety, pressure relief, industrial measurement and sampling, has restructured its subsidiary Kersting GmbH Sampling + Grounding to form a new company: REMBE Kersting GmbH.

"We have made many changes over recent years. After founding eight worldwide subsidiaries, restructuring our sales department was the next logical step towards realising our unique selling proposition: consulting/engineering/products/service." said Stefan Penno, son of the company's founder Bernhard Penno and managing director of REMBE GmbH Safety + Control since 2004. The company believes that the four above-mentioned words sum up the difference between REMBE and other companies operating in the same markets.

“From measuring and weighing to sampling, our primary aim is always to make our customers' processes more efficient and productive. This requires more than high quality products. We also support our customers in planning, assembly, start-up and calibration," explained Jochen Eberheim, managing director of REMBE Kersting.

Founded in 1973, REMBE now employs some 170 people (140 in Brilon and 30 in its subsidiaries) from over 20 countries. It generates sales of over €30 million in more than 70 countries. www.rembe.de
