01.02.2016 Upgraded test plant with special emphasis on pneumatic conveying

Dinnissen Process Technology, Sevenum, the Netherlands, in the second half of 2015 further expanded its D-Innocenter in-house test plant. The existing set-up for tests, especially involving pneumatic conveying, has been significantly upgraded.  Customer trials involving all areas of pneumatic conveying can be undertaken, including dense phase, dune phase, and dilute phase. These can be performed on either vacuum or pressure systems, and with or without air assist. The total length of pipework available has been extended and now comes to around 120m, with diameters varying between 50 to 110mm. A new powder-flow tester increases in-depth analysis of the processed product.  Combining these facilities with the company’s comprehensive instrumentation for measuring properties of powder and bulk materials, together with the design and calculation software available to Dinnissen, provides facilities where full scale testing can be offered. www.dinnissen.nl
