Feeding system for WPC compounding plant in China
SIMAR GmbH, Vaihingen/Enz, Stuttgart, has delivered the complete materials handling for a new wood plastic compound (WPC) compounding plant in China with the bulk bag discharging and feeding of raw materials such as wood flours, polymer resin, regrinds and talc tailored to meet requirements.
After pelletising, the finished product is transferred to a series of day bins from where it is subsequently transferred for weigh filling into bulk bags. SIMAR, a specialist in bulk handling of powders, granules and flakes as well as mixed products, was able to meet most of the requirements through its wide range of standardised modules. www.simar-int.com
