Premier Tech of Canada has purchased Slootweg Machinefabriek via Premier Tech Chronos (PTC), a business unit of its Industrial Equipment Group. Slootweg, based in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands, focuses on the substrate market for which it designs and manufactures mixing, dosing, screening and conveying equipment for processing and handling a wide range of raw materials. It also specialises in recycling and composting as well as wood processing for which it offers various systems, notably for preparing fibre and cutting bark.

 

By joining forces, PTC and Slootweg expect to be able to bring their clients a local presence with global reach thanks to their combined team of almost 200 installation, commissioning and field service technicians strategically located around the world. www.ptchronos.com; www.slootweg.com
