"As an organisation we have shown continued steady growth for years," said operational director Wouter Kuijpers. “This has convinced us that our success has resulted from customer focus, ongoing innovation and striving for quality." In the past, according to the company, there were various reasons for not deciding to go for ISO 9001 certification. However, owing to the standard’s new ‘High Level Structure’ (HLS), it was considered that now is the time to demonstrate that the processes within Dinnissen meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. For existing and future customers, this certification will endorse the fact that quality and continuous innovation are fundamental to the company’s ethos.

 

Dinnissen’s environmental management system is an important tool for formalising principles and monitoring progress. This way of working should lead to the organisation being raised to a higher level in the environmental field. The company sets a high priority on the environment. This is evidenced, inter alia, by the fact that an environmental management system has been set up in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 14001 standard.

 

The expectations within Dinnissen are that information security will become an increasingly important aspect. The management of Dinnissen has chosen not to wait until it is forced to take measures by the market but to react pro-actively.
