31.07.2017 Hosokawa agrees service and spares provision for IIT equipment

Hosokawa Micron, Runcorn, UK, announced in late July that it had signed an agreement with Hippisley Ltd to acquire the intellectual property rights of Gateshead-based International Innovative Technologies Ltd (IIT) which had been put into administration earlier this year.

The acquisition assigns Hosokawa Micron Ltd the rights to provide maintenance services and spare parts for the range of comminution/size reduction equipment known as the m-series of mills (M350 and M600), the c-series of classifiers and the s-series of cyclone separators. Hosokawa Micron invites owners of m-series, c-series and s-series equipment to contact Dave Lyon (dlyon@hmluk.hosokawa.com) to discuss options for continued equipment after care and spare parts support. www.hosokawa.co.uk
