Pelletron has supplied two of its mobile DeDuster® dust extractors to a plastics manufacturing plant in Saudi Arabia, which operates as a joint venture with a leading European PE producer. Following detailed trials, a 50t/h capacity mobile XP-540 DeDuster was installed as part of the road powder tanker loading system. After several weeks of successful operation, a second DeDuster was ordered for the 25kg bagging station. Further details relating to the specification and requirements of these mobile units will be reported in the November/December EuroBulkSystems magazine.
Pelletron, with corporate headquarters in Lancaster, PA, and a European subsidiary in Bodnegg, Germany, points out that there is a requirement in today’s marketplace for clean resin without streamers and with dust content well below 50 ppm.
