Fike, Blue Springs, MO, has launched the ATLAS range of rupture discs featuring the company’s patented G2 technology which is employed to manufacture rupture discs without the use of hard score tooling. The process ensures production of discs that are free of stress zones that can fatigue. Consistent with other G2 technology discs such as the AXIUS® and AXIUS® SC, the benefits of the ATLAS bursting disc include a 95% operating ratio, liquid or vapour service, back pressure resistance and unrivalled cycling capability.
