Designed for reliability and easy installation, it replaces conventional ball valves and eliminates the need for additional components necessary for individual hopper aeration. The unit is low maintenance as there is never a need to replace the entire valve. If it becomes contaminated or needs adjusting, it is simply a matter of removing the four bolts, replacing the seat or disc and bolting the valve back together. Weighing less than 1.4kg, it is constructed of lightweight alloy while the valve seats are FDA-approved silicone. It has a wide temperature range from minus 46º to plus 177ºC and features a maximum operating pressure to 100psi.
