Daxner’s Vib & Press bag intake and control screening machine was developed to control screening sensitive and difficult products as well as their product intake. The company is now launching an optimized version – designed to permit higher throughput and improved cleanability.

The new Vib & Press has an enlarged intake opening and a larger screening area of 850 mm diameter for higher throughput. In addition, the Vib & Press is now equipped with a vibration spring system, which also has a positive effect on efficiency. Two vibro motors on the screen optimize the performance.

The operator can remove the cone of the new version of the Vib & Press quickly. This makes cleaning easier and contributes to the concept of “Hygienic Design”. As with the previous model, the entire top of the new Vib & Press can be removed by a simple tilting mechanism for fast and easy cleaning. The round design prevents material residues in corners and edges.

The new version of the Vib & Press can optionally be supplied with ultrasonic technology.
