With effect from beginning of March, Chronos BTH, headquartered in Eersel, the Netherlands, will change its name to Premier Tech Chronos BV. The company is internationally known for its expertise in the design and manufacture of bagging and palletising systems together with associated weighing and control equipment. In September 2009 the then Chronos Richardson merged with Bag Treatment Holland to form Chronos BTH, following the acquisition of the latter company by Chronos Richardson’s parent company, Premier Tech of Canada. The new name reflects the closer operational involvement of Premier Tech. Ingo Jonas, a German national, continues as managing director of the new company. www.premiertechchronos.com
