Kevin McDermott has joined Doncaster-based Schenck Process UK as a sales engineer in the company’s heavy industries division. He will focus on the aggregates market with special focus on the quarrying sector and has worked for over 20 years in aggregates production industries, with extensive experience of technical sales and business development.
Among his main responsibilities will be to promote sales of the company’s LinaClass range of vibrating screening machines, which are widely used in quarries and processing plants around the world for materials ranging from hard and soft rocks to sinter dusts. The screen media commonly used with the LinaClass machines is manufactured by Schenck Group subsidiary Screenex, which has specialised in this field for over 40 years.
