Dinnissen Process Technology, Sevenum, the Netherlands, has developed an innovative and highly versatile feeder valve for bulk solids. The company points out that customers’ ability to produce a wide range of product types and volumes with a single investment is becoming increasingly critical. Process equipment therefore needs to be able to function effectively within a broad range of production processes and also be easy to maintain and clean. The revolutionary new dosing valve can be easily and quickly adjusted to provide hourly capacities between 6kg and 50t. It has a simple and sturdy design with only a single drive unit, and the compact installation height of only 150mm makes it suitable for integration into a wide variety of production environments. It is very energy efficient and the purchase price is said to be significantly lower than that of competitive models. It can also be used in a much wider range of applications.
