Just over a year ago Coperion (see above) acquired a majority shareholding in PELL-TEC Pelletizing Technology GmbH, Niedernberg, Germany. With effect from beginning of March this year, PELL-TEC has changed its name to Coperion Pelletizing Technology GmbH, with its two existing managing directors Michael Schuler and Bernhard Stern remaining in charge of the company. It has recently relocated to the Coperion site at Offenbach where there is more office space, a considerably larger factory area as well as better production and assembly facilities. Development and construction of strand pelletising systems for standard and engineering plastics will continue to be the prime focus.
