KREISEL leadership passes to next generation

With effect from beginning of September Wolfram Kreisel, 39, has been appointed managing director of KREISEL GmbH & Co. KG, Krauschwitz, Germany, which manufactures a range of bulk handling equipment and components including dedusting systems. Shortly after celebrating the centenary of its founding in 1912, the company is once again under the executive control of a member of the proprietor family. He has taken over the reins of management from Horst Meister, who is leaving the company to seek new career prospects after 12 successful years as CEO.
Wolfram Kreisel, a business management graduate, joined the company in 1997. As managing director, he plans to lead it towards new challenges: “We have built up a good international reputation as a supplier of special components ‘made in Germany’ for the bulk materials industry. And as the plant engineering sector recovers, we are solving the manifold tasks set by our customers and picking up on the successes of previous decades.” He has also expressed his commitment to the company’s location in the eastern area of Germany adjacent to the border with Poland. “We have built up a close relationship with the region, and not least with our employees and their families, over more than a century. That is something which simply cannot be measured in any other terms.” www.kreisel.eu
