Reimelt now fully integrated with Zeppelin
Following the acquisition four years ago of Reimelt GmbH by the plant engineering division Friedrichshafen-based Zeppelin Group, the two German manufacturing firms will in future trade together under the name of Zeppelin Systems GmbH. As a result of this decision, both companies have now been completely integrated, organisationally as well as legally. “The two companies Zeppelin and Reimelt complement one another in an excellent way”, said Bernhard Scherer, chairman of Zeppelin Systems GmbH. “This has been proven in the recent past. Now, with the merger we made the last step of a successful integration.”
Specialists in food industry process engineering will continue to operate from the previous Reimelt headquarters in Roedermark, whilst expertise in mixing technology (Henschel Mixing Technology) will stay in Kassel. To commemorate its new globally unified presence, Zeppelin has redesigned its corporate logo. www.zeppelin-systems.com
