Mesutronic Gerätebau, Kirchberg imWald, Germany, is now offering its P-TRON FM metal separator with a new detector coil which is immune to electrical interference fields, enabling installation directly into vertical or horizontal pneumatic conveying lines without need for any additional fastening. It enables the detection and fully automatic separation of all kinds of metal contaminants found in granulates and powders. The unit, which is easy to operate, ensures uncompromising reliability thanks to the monitoring of the electronics, the compressed air supply and the ejection flap.
