Plug diverter range extended
DMN-Westinghouse, Noordwijkerhout, the Netherlands, has introduced smaller sizes of its SPTD plug diverter, which has a single straight pipe and until very recently has been available in six sizes from 150mm up to 400mm. To meet customers’ needs for smaller sizes, the company has now extended the range with five more sizes from 50mm up to 125mm.
The straight pipe diverter is very suitable for applications in the food, pet food, plastics and petrochemical industries. I tconforms to all current legislation regarding safety in the workplace. Consequently there are no moving parts on the outside. It has been designed to be user friendly, pressure shock resistant and with standard static seals suitable for pressures up to 3 bar g. All sizes are optionally available with inflatable seals.
