Kaeser Kompressoren, Coburg, Germany, has introduced the EBS series of high-efficiency rotary screw blowers featuring rotor profiles derived directly from the energy-saving Sigma profile which is used in the company’s rotary screw compressors. These rotors have been designed to deliver an optimum combination of energy efficiency, powerful performance and long service life. In terms of energy consumption, these new rotary screw blowers are said to be more than 30% more efficient compared with equivalent conventional rotary blower designs. The integrated Sigma Control 2 controller provides effective blower system control and monitoring.

Pneumatic conveying constitutes one of the main applications for the EBS series which will be prominently displayed by Kaeser at SOLIDS Dortmund, 21-22 May (Stand R40, Hall 6). www.kaeser.com
