FIBC-focused dinner reception
The European Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container Association (EFIBCA) will hold its first dinner reception on 7 May 2014 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Düsseldorf, Germany. Intended as a networking event on the eve of the world’s largest packaging trade fair, interpack, the reception is open to everyone with an interest in FIBCs. “We wanted to take the opportunity to host a social event for everyone with an interest in FIBCs. For those familiar with EFIBCA, it is a chance to reconnect, and for those new to the scene, it is a perfect setting to learn more and meet representatives from across the supply chain,” said Dr Isabell Schmidt, EFIBCA general secretary.
The evening will begin with a cocktail reception at 18:00 followed by greetings from EFIBCA president Oliver Grüters and general secretary Isabell Schmidt. Guest speaker Remko Koster, director polyolefins Europe/Africa at IHS Chemical, will discuss latest polypropylene market developments. The registration charge is €99 per person for non-members and €49 for EFIBCA members. Included are a buffet dinner, drinks, and one-day entry ticket to the interpack trade fair. www.efibca.com
