GKM Siebtechnik, Waibstadt, Germany, the specialist manufacturer of fine screening machines, has introduced a new generation of its patented pneumatic deck lifting twin-system which allows the operator to change screen frames within a few minutes easily, quickly and safely. This unique deck lifting system can be retrofitted and was developed for the KTS tumbler screening machine series with diameters of 1200 – 2600mm. The choice of either two or four pneumatic cylinders can simply be connected to a 6 – 8 bar (87 – 111psi) compressed air supply and comes standard with a mobile control panel.
 

Screen changing can be further simplified by using the newly developed quick clamp spring package instead of the standard clamping bolts. The main advantage is saving additional set-up and maintenance time (applicable to KTS models from 1200 to 2600mm). The new quick clamp system can be retrofitted anytime without much effort and is also available with OEM machines.
