At the two above-mentioned trade shows Dinnissen will also be featuring a new pneumatic pick-up device designed to provide a constant inflow of powders and granulates in vacuum conveying systems. It works completely automatically on the basis of the transport pressure that has been set, making mechanical dosing components such as valves or screws superfluous. The new pick-up plays a crucial role in Dinnissen’s innovative Slow Flow conveying systems which can be used for pneumatic conveying of even the most fragile, sticky, and soft products quickly, easily and effectively.
 

The new pick-up ensures that, regardless of the physical characteristics of the product being handled, there is an optimum conveying speed as well as air:solids ratio thanks to an automatically regulated air supply.
