FFS bagging now available from leading manufacturer of filling and palletising systems
Beumer Group, Beckum, Germany – as a single-source provider of filling, palletising and packaging systems – has recently introduced an innovative FFS (form fill seal) bagging system called sealpac. Emphasis has been given to high throughput, maximum availability and a compact design. Reproducible weight accuracy of the bags is another key feature and operators are able to operate the highly energy-efficient system ergonomically. The machine is capable of handling up to 2600 x 25kg bags per hour.
With the BEUMER sealpac, the individual operations for forming, filling and closing are of modular design. This makes work easier for service personnel since they can check each unit separately and replace specific components as required. A unique feature of this new machine is its symmetrical structure, which enables the operator to freely decide from which side the system is operated.
