Samson Materials Handling, formerly B&W Mechanical Handling, has appointed Malcolm Youll as its new managing director. He will operate from the Samson offices in Ely, Cambridgeshire, UK. Having worked previously for CNH, CAT and Cargotec, Youll brings with him vast international experience of the capital equipment industry as well as knowledge in delivering complex engineered solutions. His strong background in the field of mining and ports/terminals is expected to expand Samson Materials Handling activities throughout its various markets worldwide. He holds degrees in manufacturing, management and technology.
