This covers the entire company, including research and development, sales, production and technical services. “What makes this extraordinary is the fact that the audit was successful immediately. A complete or partial re-auditing was superfluous. Our customers already knew this; they could and can rely on us. In fact not much has changed. The main difference is that all already existing procedures are traceable and work instructions are followed as per agreed quality conformity”, commented senior executive Vincent van der Wel.
