Ing. Johann Daxner GmbH, Wels, Austria, has recruited Hans-Jürgen Sussann as the new head of its technical department. Previously managing director of Reimelt Food Technology prior to its merger with Zeppelin Systems in 2014, Sussann during the intervening months had been sales director food & liquids at Zeppelin. The appointment is seen as a major step forward for the company, which in recent years has been achieving increasing success on the global stage. 

 

Daxner, a family-run company with 200 employees, was established in 1984. In addition to its Austrian headquarters, it provides service and support from a competence centre and fabrication site for bakery technology and liquids handling in Lauda-Könighofen, Germany.
