Coperion & Golden Waves Grain Partner On Grain Milling Project
Coperion Food, Health & Nutrition Division, a global engineering leader in technologies, systems, and services for food production, is proud to partner with Golden Waves Grain on its transformative $200 million grain milling and bakery project in Goodland, Kansas, USA. As a key supplier, Coperion will provide advanced bakery lines, integrated process controls, and equipment designed to enhance efficiency, ensure consistency, and uphold the highest quality standards in this state-of-the-art facility.
The Golden Waves Grain project, supported by a significant investment from the Foote Family, aims to create approximately 141 full-time jobs and serve as a vital economic anchor for northwest Kansas. The facility will feature a cutting-edge grain milling operation and a large-scale commercial bakery, designed to add value to regional grain production and strengthen domestic food supply chains. It is expected to position northwest Kansas as a regional hub for grain processing and commercial baking, with benefits extending well beyond the local community.
Coperion’s extensive knowledge in bakery and baked goods processes, combined with its advanced systems and technologies will play a crucial role in ensuring the bakery’s operations meet the highest standards of optimised production, quality and efficiency. The equipment supplied by Coperion will enable the facility to produce a wide range of bakery products with precision, supporting regional farmers and contributing to the community’s long-term economic growth.
