Designed for environments where safety, compliance and reliability are non‑negotiable, the range provides robust protection for operations classified under ATEX Dust Zone 22.
The line-up includes three models – AD051EX, AD101EX and AD151EX – each certified for dust explosion classes ST1, ST2 and ST3. With airflow capacities from 1,200 to 13,500 m³/h, the range is suitable for everything from compact production cells to large industrial facilities.
At the core of the AD EX range is Absolent’s proven Vertical Airflow Technology, which uses a downward airflow pattern through vertical filter elements and a downflow pulse‑jet cleaning system. This configuration enhances pre‑separation efficiency, reduces dust build‑up on filters and supports long, stable operating performance with lower maintenance demands.
To meet varying site safety requirements, the AD EX range offers a choice of explosion protection options, including explosion relief panels, panels with flame diverters and flameless vents for indoor or space‑restricted installations. Three anti‑static filter media types are available for full ATEX compliance, with non‑ATEX versions also offered for processes involving statically charged dusts.
Maintenance is simplified through Absolent’s CleanChange™ mechanism, enabling tool‑free filter replacement from the clean side of the unit.
A quick‑release access door with an integrated safety switch further reduces operator exposure and minimises downtime.
Energy‑efficient operation is supported by on‑demand pulse‑jet cleaning, optimised airflow design and optional inverter‑controlled fans. Durable Galfan pre‑coated steel construction provides enhanced corrosion resistance and contributes to a low total cost of ownership.
