Versatile bag closing with choice of tape over sewing or tape over sealing
Fischbein, with eastern hemisphere head office in Brussels, will be showing its new TOS 3000 bag sealing machine on Stand L19 at the easyFairs SCHÜTTGUT exhibition which takes place 7-8 November in Dortmund. The unit provides a choice of tape over sewing and/or tape over sealing. It has been designed to meet customers’ latest requirements in terms of attractiveness of the filled bags and mainly sift-proof closure.
Two versions ensure a perfect combination of bag closures:
- TOS 3000-SW: Tape over sewing. Here tape is applied over the top and both sides of the sewn line (so installed after a sewing system).
- TOS 3000-SL: Tape over sealing. This provides with the same single machine a double closure (sealing the inner liner and closing the paper bag’s top by applying a tape).
Both versions offer the following features: electrical column, tape infeed guide, pneumatic knife, tape, silicon rollers to drive the tape, pneumatic cylinders to drive the silicon rollers on to the tape.
