Symach has launched its new 3500S conventional push-type palletizer – which, it reports, offers efficient and high-speed palletizing capabilities using intuitive controls.

The new palletizer offers capabilities for various solutions for non-overlapping bags, bales, crates, and cases, by merging push-type palletizing with Symach palletizing platform options.

The stacking cage contains bags within pallet dimensions and thereby prevents product overhang. The stacked pallets are square and easy to load either in warehouse or truck. Automatic warehousing necessitates little to no product overhang, as does the use of AGV’s.

Customers demand a high-quality pallet and are known to reject shipments if any damage bag or product overhang is detected. Avoiding this cost and the risk of damaging customer relationships will bring an immediate return.

A key feature of the new 3500S is an intuitive drag and drop HMI. Next generation design thinking has also been included, such as clean design and a robust build quality to minimize downtime.
